First steps

Application Download
Download the Elwood Transport application from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

Account Creation
Open the application, click “Start” and create your account.

Menu Page
In the top left: Your personal information.
In the top right: Number of receipts (each receipt corresponds to an item).

The 5 main menu options:
• My delivery receipts: All the receipts written during your purchases with details.
• My items: Photos and references of purchased items.
• My profile: Modify your personal information.
• My Wallet: Track the payments you have sent to the carrier to pay for purchases at trade fairs.
• Settings: Language choice, price display, terms of sale, account deletion, etc.

The application offers you simple and complete access to manage your purchases and transportation with peace of mind.

User’s Guide for the Elwood Transport Application

1. Creating a delivery bulletin

Access your bulletins: Click on the arrow at the top left to access the list of your bulletins.

Add a bulletin: Press the “+” button at the top right.

Pickup address: Click on the blue pencil to modify your saved address, or click on the red “+” to add another address (for example, from a merchant, fair or stand).
Enter the city and stand number, then press “Save”.

Delivery address: By default, this is your saved address.
You can modify it by clicking on the red “+” at the top right, then pressing “Next”.


2. Associating a QR code to your item

Prepare your item: Attach a label with a QR code to the purchased item
(use the provided roll). Associate the QR code: Press “Associate QR code”, scan the QR code with your phone, and fill out the item form (type, description, price, images).

No label? :
If you don’t have a label roll, you can still create a product form.
By clicking on “Next”, the application will offer two options:

• Generate a QR code: A unique identifier will be created for your item. During pickup, the delivery drivers will place a QR code label on the item and associate the identifier.

• Scan another QR code: If you already have a QR code to use. This procedure ensures a secure and complete tracking of your items, from purchase to delivery.


3. Managing elements of an item

At the end of the process, when you click “Next” on the “Item” page, the application will ask if there are any additional elements.

The elements correspond to distinct parts of your purchase.
For example, if you buy a dresser composed of three removable drawers:

Register the main item: Attach a QR code to the dresser and register it as the main item.

Add elements: When the application asks if there are any additional elements, click “Yes”.

Attach a QR code to the first drawer and enter its information.

Attach a second QR code to the second drawer and enter its information,
and so on for each element of the item.

This allows the carrier to know how many pieces make up the item, which is particularly useful for separable elements such as accessories, marbles, boxes or items sold in bulk.

Important tip: If you do not want pairs (such as armchairs) or complete sets to be separated when placed in a container, make sure to register them as an item composed of multiple elements.


4. Finalization and summary of the bulletin

You are now on the summary page of your bulletin. It shows you:
• The number of registered items.
• The total amount of your purchases.
• The remaining balance to be paid.
• The balance of your Wallet (funds already sent to the carrier).

You can choose your payment method from:
• Cash
• Credit card
• Bank transfer Elwood to Pay: The carrier can give you a check to facilitate the transaction.

Once payment is validated, all you have to do is confirm the bulletin. It will immediately appear in your list of bulletins, in the carrier’s software, and on the delivery drivers’ application, allowing them to organize the pickup of your items.


It’s That Simple!

No more paperwork or documents to carry! Everything is handled directly through the app. You can easily access the list of your purchases in the “My Bulletins” section. Each bulletin is dated and shows:

• The number of items.
• Their location.
• Their status: Picked up, in the warehouse, in transit, or being delivered.

For faster searching, use the calendar in the top right to filter your bulletins by date, making it easier to locate specific items
